Every month, Fractured Atlas provides a list of upcoming grants and opportunities for artists and arts-based projects so that you can discover more opportunities to get financial support and other resources for your work. apexart International Open Call
apexart's International Open Call is an opportunity for artists, curators, and other professionals to turn their curatorial idea into an apexart exhibition. Winning proposals receive $10,000 in funding as well as staff support. There is no submission fee.

South Arts Opportunities
South Arts offers two opportunities with a March 1st deadline. Jazz Road Tours offer grants of up to $15,000 to develop tours into communities across the country. The Presentation Grant awards up to $9,500 for organizations to present a Southern artist for a performing arts, literary arts, visual arts, or film engagement.

Community Leaders Grant
CitizensNYC awards micro-grants up to $3,000 to community building projects carried out by resident-led groups to improve neighborhood life, strengthen local leadership, and scale community partnerships. Nonprofit or grassroots volunteer community groups with budgets under $150,000 are eligible to apply.

Woodward Guest Residency
Established/emerging artists and creative professionals in the fields of literary arts, visual arts, design, music, architecture, multidisciplinary, and other arts are encouraged to apply to the Woodward Guest Residency, a three-month workspace residency in Ridgewood, New York.

Month-Long Residency at Surel's Place
The month-long residency at Surel's Place in Garden City, Idaho, is open to professional artists who need a place to focus. The program includes a $100/week living stipend and a $300 travel stipend.

Artadia Awards: Chicago
The Artadia Awards provide financial support, exposure and recognition to artists. The awards are unrestricted, allowing artists to use the $15,000 funding in any way they choose. Applicants must be a contemporary visual artist making artwork for presentation in a contemporary art context. There is no application fee.

KHN Residency
The Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts awards residencies to established and emerging visual artists, writers, composers, and interdisciplinary artists from across the country and around the world. Residencies are available for 2 to 8-week stays. Each resident receives a $175/week stipend, free housing, and a private studio. There is a $35 application fee.

Houston Center for Contemporary Craft Artist Residency Program
The Artist Residency Program at the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft is designed to offer time and space for craft artists to focus on their creative work and interact with the public. The program includes a $1,000 monthly stipend. There is no application fee.

Millay Arts Core Residency
The Millay Arts Core Residency features a creative cohort of 6-7 multidisciplinary artists in the Hudson Valley of New York. Residencies can be two weeks or month-long and is fully subsidized. There is a $45 application fee.

BGC Visiting Fellowship
Bard Graduate Center (BGC) invites scholars from university, museum, and independent backgrounds with a PhD or equivalent professional experience to apply for a non-stipendiary visiting fellowship. Fellowships may be award for two months to the full academic year.

Sculptures in the Park
Sculpture artists are invited to participate in the Village of Beverly Hills' Sculptures in the Park exhibit. Selected works will demonstrate the connections between art and the natural environment. Selected artists will receive a $1,000 stipend. There is no entry fee.

Jim Henson Foundation Artist Grant
The Jim Henson Foundation awards grants for the creation of innovative new works of contemporary puppet theater. There are three grants: workshop grants ($3,000), production grants ($7,000), and family grants ($4,000). Individual artists must apply through a fiscal sponsor.

Onassis AiR
Onassis AiR is dedicated to fostering artistic process by providing space and time to arts professionals from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, enabling them to delve deeper into their practice without the pressure of presenting a final work. Mid Atlantic Arts' ArtsCONNECT program supports performing arts touring projects collaboratively developed by presenters working together in the mid-Atlantic region. North Carolina Choreographic Fellowship
Trillium Arts' North Carolina Choreographic Fellowship in dance provides immersive creative time and space to select North Carolina based dance artists. The program includes a $1,500 honorarium, private lodging for up to six artists in Mars Hill, North Carolina, rehearsal space, and mileage reimbursement, among other benefits. There is no application fee.

Traditional Arts Touring Grant
South Arts' Traditional Arts Touring Grant increases the public awareness, understanding, and appreciation of the traditional arts in the South. The program supports in-person or live virtual residencies by Southern traditional artists in Southern communities. Grants are available for requests from $1,000 to $5,000. Organizations in South Arts' nine-state region are eligible to apply.

Kala Residencies and Fellowships
Kala Art Institute provides space and equipment to artists working in and across the fields of printmaking, photography, performance, installation, and media arts through its residence and fellowship programs. The Parent Artist Residency Program offers Bay Area artists an individual residency plan with up to $1,000 worth of Kala services. Salad Days Artist Residency
Watershed's annual Salad Days fundraiser draws art appreciators to its campus for a summer celebration of handmade ceramic work and local food. In preparation for the event, a Salad Days Artist-in-Residence spends seven months at Watershed, producing 475 plates or shallow bowls that serve as the primary feature of the event. The artist is also commissioned to create approximately 30 small functional or decorative pieces. The program includes housing, meals, studio space, materials, and a $4,000 stipend.

Lexi Rudnitsky Editor's Choice Award
Persea Books' Lexi Rudnitsky Editor's Choice Award competition is open to any poet who has previously published at least one full-length book of poems. The winner receives an advance of $2,000 and publication of their collection by Persea. There is a $30 application fee.

Roswell Artist-in-Residence Program
The Roswell Artist-in-Residence (RAiR) Program provides studio-based visual artists with the opportunity to concentrate on their work in a supportive, collegial environment in Roswell, New Mexico, for an entire year. Professional visual artists involved in painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, photography, video, digital media, and installation are invited to apply. The program includes a $1,100 monthly stipend and a $250 monthly materials stipend.

Alex Brown Residency at Mainframe Studios
The Alex Brown Residency is designed to provide emerging and established artists with an opportunity to focus entirely on their work for an extended period of time at Mainframe Studios in downtown Des Moines, Iowa.
