Design Writing Fellowship
Writing Space’s Design Writing Fellowship is a program to encourage and facilitate scholarly pursuits within the field of design. During the three-day workshop, participants will work on a book or exhibition review, journal article, or book proposal. There is no fee to apply.

ON::VIEW Artist Residency
Located in Savannah, Georgia, at ARTS Southeast's flagship project, Sulfur Studios, the ON:VIEW Artist Residency provides a free, high visibility studio space for an artist to complete a new project, to continue an in-progress endeavor, or to conduct research exploring conceptual, material, performative, and social practices. Artists working in all media are encouraged to apply. There is a $50 application fee.

Alchemy Artist Residencies
Alchemy Art Center's Artist-in-Residence program is an opportunity to live in an immersive arts community on San Juan Island, Washington, and have focused time to create art. The Teaching Artist Residency is a shoulder-season residency for artists who specialize in one of Alchemy's primary studio practices: ceramics, printmaking, or darkroom photography. The Artists in Community Artist Residency occurs during the summer months, when Alchemy is most active in the community. The Special Projects Artist Residency is for artists who are interested in developing a special project that will remain at Alchemy after they leave.

New England States Touring (NEST) Grant
The New England Foundation for the Arts' NEST Grant funds nonprofit organizations to present touring artists in venues across New England. Grants provide up to 60% of the artist fee and range from $500 to a maximum of $5,000.

Bloodletter Magazine: Call for Submissions
Bloodletter encourages female and nonbinary writers of all disciplines to submit work that offers a feminist perspective on the horror genre, or more broadly, the horrific. The theme of this issue is: Phantoms. Additionally, one female or nonbinary artist will be selected to illustrate each issue. Featured artists will receive a $250 stipend.

Jazz Road Tours
South Arts’ Jazz Road Tours supports small, three- to six-site tours at an array of venue types, often in rural communities and other areas traditionally underserved by the genre. Critical Design Lab Community Fellowship
The Critical Design Lab at Vanderbilt University is seeking two community fellows to work on a collaborative project, Labs for Liberation. Compensation is $50,000 as well as an additional project budget.

SFFILM Festival: Youth Works, Mid-Length, and Feature Films
SFFILM Festival's final deadline for youth works, mid-length, and feature films is this month. General entry fees for feature films are $90, with a $10 discount available to Bay Area residents and college students; fees for mid-length films are $80, with a $10 discount for Bay Area residents and college students. There is no entry fee for youth works.

EFA Studio Program
The Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts (EFA) Studio Program provides visual artists with space, support, and community. Participants receive a private studio in Midtown Manhattan, New York, for a period of up to two years that is subsidized at below market cost. Mentoring Artist-in-Residence
Atlantic Center for the Arts’ residency program features three mentoring artists in different disciplines. The program includes studio time, advising, group discussions, critiques, and voluntary collaborations. Sculptor/visual artist Sonja Henderson, poet/writer Crystal Wilkinson, and composer/media artist Pamela Z will be the mentors for this cycle.

Foundation House Artist Residency
Foundation House, located in back country Greenwich, Connecticut, will open its doors for 10 days to six residents of all disciplines. Each resident will be given a stipend, private bedroom and bathroom, all meals plus full kitchen access, and access to studio space, a wide variety of common areas, and 75 acres of land to explore.

Public Art for Spatial Justice
The New England Foundation for the Arts’ Public Art for Spatial Justice program supports public art that creatively expresses and embodies a more just version of what’s possible in public. Rhode Island School of Design's Movement Lab Fellowship offers post-graduate artists and scholars the opportunity to focus on independent creative research that advances the study of movement into uncharted territory. Pilchuck Glass School Residencies
Pilchuck Glass School in Washington State is offering three residency programs this month. The Better Together Annual Residency will host a cohort of six professional BIPOC artists who will make their own work, explore new directions in glassmaking, and expand on current bodies of work. The John H. Hauberg Fellowship Residency offers an opportunity for collaboration among a group of three to six established professional artists. The Innovation in Image Residency offers supported access for two image-based artists to come and explore the potential of Pilchuck's Digital Imaging Lab and adjacent Print Studio. There is no application fee.

Right of Return Fellowship x Frieze Impact Prize
The Center for Art & Advocacy's Right of Return Fellowship offers an annual award of $10,000 in unrestricted funds and $10,000 in project development funds to previously incarcerated artists of any discipline. The Frieze Impact Prize will be awarded to a visual artist or experimental filmmaker who is either a Right of Return alumnus or one of the six new fellows.

Flushing Town Hall's Arts Grants for Queens programs will fund artists and arts organizations based in Queens, New York, to produce arts and culture projects to be presented in the borough in order to enrich and enliven the community. Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Democracy and Landscape
Garden and Landscape Studies at Dumbarton Oaks seeks an early career postdoctoral fellow in environmental history with a research focus on race, indigeneity, and/or settler colonialism as revealed in place and on land. This is a one-year fellowship, with the possibility of renewal for up to two additional years. The Poetry Society of America presents a number of awards and award programs each year. The Annual Awards offer emerging and established poets recognition at all stages of their careers. The Four Quartets Prize is for a unified and complete sequence of poems published in America in a print or online journal, chapbook, or book.
