The Empire State Fellows Program is a full-time leadership training program that prepares the next generation of talented professionals for careers as New York State policymakers. Fellows receive an annual salary of $85,000 and a benefits package.

Fire Island Artist Residency is the first residency in the US exclusively for artists identifying as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, nonbinary, intersex, two-spirit or queer. The Democracy Cycle

The Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC) is launching The Democracy Cycle, a new commissioning program designed to support new works that illuminate the promise, practice, imperfection, and opportunity of democracy. Proposals are requested for new performing arts works from artists working in theater, dance, music, opera, and multidisciplinary performance. A $30,000 commission will be awarded to each selected project.
